We have been making wedding bands and engagement rings in our facility in a rural Japanese town. This allows us to work more efficiently. In addition, because we do not outsource but do all the work on site, (from purchasing materials to planning sales) we do not incur any unnecessary expenses. This enables us to deliver high-quality, low-priced accessories to customers all over the world.
Are the metals used in the jewelry genuine?
We make all of our jewelry in house using brand new bullion. Reused metals may contain impurities, which does not give us the quality that we strive for. So we employ our original trial and error process in the mixing of the metals, which gives a vibrant color and shine to our products.
Can I customize the ring width increase separately from the prepared one?
Unfoutunally, this service is not available in the online store.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship by EMS from Japan within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Delivery time varies based on delivery location. We will notify you by email when the order is shipped. In some cases, it may take up to ten days to receive the order after shipment.
Is there compensation for loss during shipping?
We are insured for loss that occurs in the shipping process. The customer will not be responsible for any fees regarding loss during shipping.
Can you resize a product after the order has been completed?
We recognize that in some cases a customer’s ring size may change from the time of order to the time of delivery. While we offer resizing for a fee, we recommend getting the product resized at a jewelry store in your area.
